At PHP's bi-annual conference in Las Vegas, July 2012, Paul Medrano spoke on how facing adversity is not a reason to give up, but rather fuel to keep fighting. Paul speaks from experience and though he has faced numerous obstacles, he continues to go after his dreams and recently hit his Marketing Director promotion.
