  Subject : Capital Investment
  
  We are a company established in 2009 in Malaysia.
  
  We are actively involved in the Engineering / Marine Services in Malaysia.
  
  We are looking for a joint venture partner or private investors /funder's to fund our business expansion project.
  
  We are in the midst of taking over a commercial laundry business here in Rawang Selangor, Malaysia. The company has been in the market since year 2006 with existing valid contracts with private and government linked companies.
  
  The company is valued at RM7,000,000.00. The initial capital we need to take over the business is RM2,000,000.00. Balance payment to the current share holders / company take over will be raised via business loan and other private investors.
  
  For the investment of RM2,000,000.00 we will pay a monthly dividend of 2% per month and the capital of RM2,000,000.00 will be paid back on the 16th month. Assuming we take the loan on May 2018, the capital will be paid back on November 2019.
  
  We have some funds from our other previous job ventures, however some bad business decisions costs some of it and its not exactly easy to get a business loan or extensions from the local banks here in Malaysia.
  
  We dont want to use this as an excuse to not try again, as we believe everybody deserves a second chance and equal opportunity to achieve their life goals.
  
  Came across gofundme platform while watching The Ellen show, and thought will try it out to see if it gives us a platform to start and fulfill our vision as we believe it has helped and made many others dream to come true.
