  Boss Battle Games is an arcade and gaming center packed with some of the best games ever made, but we're a little different than the arcades of yesterday. All you have to do is pay admission and you can play as much as you want, all day long.
  
  Since opening our doors 3 years ago we've become a community hub for gaming in the Indianapolis area. We've worked hard to bring you games you can't play anywhere else, and revive that real life community atmosphere that's been lost in the internet age. We want to continue doing this in 2019 and beyond, so we're moving to an even better location at the start of the new year.
  
  
  We could use an extra life, or two.
  Over the past two years we've been saving funds and collecting arcade equipment to make our next location the hands down best arcade in the state. We've signed our lease, hired contractors to renovate the new space, and are working on getting more arcade machines ready for service. All the while keeping our current location running until we're ready to move at the end of January.
  
  We've had so many people ask us "How can I help?" At the end of the day most people can't troubleshoot a monitor or install an electrical panel, so the best way you can give us a hand is by donating to the cause.
  
  All donations we get will go towards covering any shortfalls we have when renovating the new space and getting our treasure trove of games in storage ready for showtime. It will also help keep us alive while we work through what's probably going to be the most demanding 4 weeks of our lives. We've got extensive electrical work that needs done, truck loads of arcade machines that need attention, less time than we need to do it, and we have to stay afloat if anything unexpected goes wrong. Anything that's left over, every single dollar we have, will go towards making the new arcade better in some way.
  
  
  Giving Indy gamers a place to call home.
  Good arcades and gathering places for gamers are rare today outside of conventions and special events. That atmosphere is what we aim to create every day, right here in your backyard. We want to continue being a place where you can always find other players who share your hobby and passion for video games in a real life, face to face environment. By helping us get over this hill, you're helping keep the doors open to a community space for yourself and all your friends.
  
  
  Life keeps increasing the difficulty setting.
  Our biggest challenge right now is preparing for the unexpected. A lot of things have to go right for us to pull this off, and if there is one thing we have learned, it's that things rarely go exactly as planned. We really just want a safety net in case things go sideways and we come up short in some way, so we don't have to make any compromises in our vision for this new location. We've had a lot of our community offer to help, and this is the best thing you can do to make our jobs easier.
  
  
  Getting the word out.
  We could definitely use every dollar we can get, but letting people know about us and this campaign is also a huge help. Word of mouth has been our best advertising and that's not going to change going forward. Also visiting us, paying admission, and buying a used game or two allows us to keep doing what we're doing.
